Terms of Service for SubTracko

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SubTracko — whether via the mobile app or related web services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

If you are using SubTracko on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. What SubTracko Is

SubTracko is a personal subscription tracking tool that helps you organize, monitor, and manage your recurring subscriptions and payments.

SubTracko is not a financial advisor, bank, or payment processor. The app does not connect to your bank accounts, does not make payments on your behalf, and does not provide financial advice. All figures displayed in the app are based solely on the data you manually enter. You should not rely on SubTracko as a substitute for professional financial guidance.

3. User Responsibilities

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accurate data

The accuracy of tracking, cost calculations, and renewal reminders depends entirely on the information you provide. You are responsible for entering and maintaining correct subscription details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SubTracko for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the app in an automated manner.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the app or its servers.
• Use the app to transmit harmful, abusive, or offensive content.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SubTracko and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to:

• Missed subscription renewals or unexpected charges from third-party services.
• Inaccurate cost calculations resulting from data you entered.
• Loss of data due to device failure, uninstallation, or account deletion.
• Any reliance on information displayed in the app for financial decisions.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Free features

Core subscription tracking features are available free of charge. This includes adding subscriptions, viewing renewal dates, and receiving local reminders.

Premium features

Certain advanced features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, availability, and feature scope for premium tiers will be clearly communicated within the app before any purchase is required.

Auto-renewal

If you purchase a paid plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be billed to the payment method associated with your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Refund policy

Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their respective policies. SubTracko does not directly issue refunds for in-app purchases. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact the relevant app store's support team.

Cancellation

You may cancel a paid plan at any time through your device's subscription management settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to premium features until then.

6. Account Termination

Termination by you

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us at the address below. Deletion will permanently remove your subscription data and account information.

Termination by us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SubTracko at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misused the app. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you when feasible.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you within the app and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you disagree with updated terms, you should discontinue use of the app and may delete your account.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Karnataka, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
