This policy applies to the SubTracko mobile application and related services used to support account access, subscription tracking, and renewal reminders.

Information we collect

Account information

When you sign up or sign in, SubTracko collects your email address, password credentials through its authentication provider, and the display name you choose to provide.

Subscription data

When you use the app, SubTracko stores the subscription details you add, including provider name, amount, currency, billing frequency, renewal date, cancellation status, and any cancellation reason you choose to record.

Reminder and session data

To keep the app working, SubTracko stores authentication session data on your device and stores reminder preferences such as whether reminders are enabled, how many days in advance you want to be notified, and the time you want those reminders delivered.

Notification data

If you allow notifications, the app schedules on-device renewal reminders based on the subscription dates you enter. These reminders may include the subscription provider name and the number of days remaining before renewal.

Analytics data

SubTracko uses Mixpanel to collect usage analytics, including events such as screens visited, features used, and in-app interactions. This data helps us understand how the app is used and improve the product. Mixpanel may collect device type, operating system version, app version, and a randomly generated device identifier. No payment information or subscription amounts are sent to Mixpanel.

Crash and diagnostic data

SubTracko uses Sentry for crash reporting and error monitoring. When the app experiences an error or crash, Sentry automatically collects diagnostic information such as the error message, stack trace, device model, operating system version, and app version. This data is used solely to identify and fix bugs.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account.
• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To save, display, and organize your subscriptions.
• To show upcoming renewals and cancelled subscription history.
• To schedule local renewal reminders when you enable them.
• To maintain app reliability, security, and performance.
• To analyse usage patterns and improve the app experience via Mixpanel.
• To detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and errors via Sentry.

How your information is stored

SubTracko uses Supabase for authentication and cloud database storage. Session data and reminder preferences are also stored locally on your device to support sign-in persistence and reminder settings. Anonymised analytics events are stored by Mixpanel and crash diagnostic data is stored by Sentry, each under their respective data retention policies.

How we share information

SubTracko does not sell your personal information.

Your information may be shared only in these limited situations:

• With service providers that help operate the app, including Supabase (database and authentication), Mixpanel (analytics), and Sentry (crash reporting).
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of the app, its users, or others.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.

Third-party services and links

SubTracko integrates with the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and cloud database storage.
• Mixpanel — anonymised usage analytics to help improve the app. See Mixpanel's Privacy Policy.
• Sentry — crash and error reporting to help identify and fix bugs. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.

The app may also open third-party cancellation pages or provider websites when you choose to use its cancellation guidance features. Those third-party sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Data retention

Account and subscription data are retained for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the app. If you would like your data deleted, contact us using the details below.

Your choices

• You can update or remove subscription entries from within the app.
• You can disable notifications in the app or through your device settings.
• You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.
• You can request deletion of your account by emailing subtracko.passable349@aleeas.com.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Children's privacy

SubTracko is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International data transfers

Your information may be processed or stored in countries other than your own depending on where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When that happens, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
